1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using broconnectlogistics.com or registering as an authorized logistics partner, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Broconnect Logistics Private Limited reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Partner Onboarding & Vendor Compliance

All delivery centers (DCs) and hub partners operating under Broconnect Logistics must comply with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) set forth by e-commerce partners (including Meesho and Flipkart). Partners must maintain active local management, accurate inventory tracking, and swift doorstep dispatch.

3. Intellectual Property

The Broconnect Logistics name, circular emblem logo, website content, and brand assets are the exclusive property of Broconnect Logistics Private Limited. Unauthorized duplication or trademark misuse is strictly prohibited.

4. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
